Details: This Ringside Punching Bag is of the highest quality and durability.  The bigger target provides a more imposing opponent to push around. The added size also helps build strength and power in the upper body. Soft Shredded textile filling provides a comfortable hitting surface. Available in 100, 130, 150 and 200 lbs. Measures 16″ x 48″. Chain and Swivel are included. The base weight of the 200 lb. heavy bag is approximately 140 lbs. The heavy bag contains an internal, plastic cylinder in the center. The heavy bag’s finished weight can be customized anywhere between 140 and 200 lbs. by simply unzipping the top of the bag and adding the desired amount of sand to the inside of the cylinder.
