EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY: Once shipping confirmation and payment is received from customers and the order has been shipped out via trucking service, any cancellation requests will not be allowed. Returns from product defects or damage are free.  Returns based on customer’s personal preference and feelings is not free and we will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. Also, we will charge 20% of the retail price for restocking fees; is that instance.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: Due to the size of the product, we only offer standard ROADSIDE trucking shipping service.  Once order is received, we will contact customer with shipping costs.  Once the shipping cost is paid, we will place the order with a freight company.  Our carrier will contact you to confirm a delivery time/date/pick up location. You will receive 3 cartons on pallet(s). We highly suggest that there be at least 2 people to carry each carton.
Note: All the items will be shipped out under good condition; If the product is damaged during shipping, please let the carrier know immediately and sign the refused delivery paper, take the pictures of damaged part as your record and report to us immediately.
